Product Development Competition 2024
WITH THE TOPIC “FOOD AND FUNCTIONAL FOOD FROM SEAWEED”
After a long-awaited period, the Final Round of the Product Development Competition 2024 of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Food Technology was finally held on June 1 2024 at the Hall P100, Phuong Vy building. The competition officially concluded successfully, marking the end of a remarkable journey for the passionate and talented students.
After more than a month of persistent study, the teams that made it to the finals gave their all, demonstrating dynamism, creativity, and passion in the final round. You also impressed the judges with their unique and effective products, completing your convincing presentations in front of the experienced judges.
The competition received significant attention and participation from faculty members and businesses.
Coming to the competition, every team surely harbors the dream of becoming the winner. One of the objective factors that helps evaluate the performance of the contestants as well as decide the champion of the competition is the score from the judges. The Organizing Committee of the competition is honored to have invited leading experts to the program, who will provide objective and professional feedback for the competing teams.

The Product Development Finals has two sessions:
- Product exhibition: This was where the teams could showcase their products after more than 1 month of preparation. The session attracted a lot of interest and participation from students.
Enterprises/Sponsors visited the teams' booths
- Presentation - Defense: This was the main session to select the champion for the Product Development Competition 2024.
Assoc.Prof.Dr. Kha Chan Tuyen gave a brief speech summarizing the formation and development of the competition. He also, on behalf of the Organizing Committee and the Faculty, he also expressed deep gratitude to the Sponsors, Companions, and Judges of the competition.
The Organizing Committee of the Product Development Competition is extremely grateful to the Faculty Board and the lecturers for their guidance, encouragement, and support throughout the competition, from its inception as just a plan.
