0903.134.880Mr. Trinh Anh Nguyen earned his Engineer's degree in Seafood processing technology from Nha Trang University, Vietnam, and Master's degree in Food Technology from the University of Polytechnic Hochiminh City, Vietnam. Currently, MSc.Trinh Nguyen serves as the reseacher and teacher of the Department of Food Microbiology and Product Development, Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Food Technology at Nong Lam University in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Trinh’s research interests primarily revolve around the preservation and processing technology of food. He is actively engaged in consulting for several food companies in Vietnam.
